  • Follow up of the vendors’ meetings and quotes

  • Technical visits and spotting with your providers on-site

  • Order and reception of your decoration

  • Guests’ accommodation and transports

  • Realization of your seating plan according to the venue plan

  • Realization of the D-day schedule

  • Coordination of your wedding : presence of 2 planners at least (according to the number of guests) to coordinate your providers, set up of table decoration, welcoming your guests, contingency management. From the arrival of the first suppliers to the wedding cake

D-Day Coordination

  • Creation of the schedule of the year
